Rx Destroyer was created with a strong mission: Protect people, communities and the natural environment through the prevention of drug diversion, abuse and misuse. However, we’ve always known that prevention isn’t just about products or programs, it’s about people.
Prevention cannot be reduced to a single solution. It’s not about just stopping abuse; it’s about protecting elders, supporting relatives and safeguarding the next seven generations. True prevention begins with those leading the change.
That understanding shaped the creation of the Prevention Impact Scholarship. This scholarship exists to support young leaders who are actively creating a better future. Young people are stepping up in their families and communities, choosing to act. Many do this work quietly without recognition, resources or support.
Rx Destroyer is the product of a legacy and the values of the Oneida Nation in Wisconsin. Our founder and CEO, Milton Dallas (Oneida), carries the principles of his upbringing into everyday practices of the team. The visions of leaders who came before, who fought to protect language, life and love live on today as we invest in young leaders who carry those plans forward.
These values have been instilled in his daughter, Myranda Eckert (Oneida), Director of Marketing at Rx Destroyer and the creator of the scholarship. “I am so grateful to be able to give back to a community that has given so much to me. I hope students understand that this scholarship isn’t about having a perfect resume. It’s about your effort, determination, creativity and potential.
