The 83rd annual Golden Globes open the 2026 awards season in Los Angeles, with comedian Nikki Glaser returning as host.

The ceremony honours achievements in television and film, and this year’s lifetime honours go to Helen Mirren, the recipient of the Cecil B. DeMille Award and Sarah Jessica Parker, who is being recognized with the Carol Burnett Award.
